Gutter Cleaning

Daniel was polite, thorough and professional in his work.

timely, pleasant to work with and did a nice job and cleaned up after

Five stars from me too. The owner/operator is a young guy (relative to me!) and seems very knowledgeable and careful not to damage the roof during the cleaning. He uses a dilute solution of chlorox to kill the moss and other growth on the roof. Then he removes the heavy growth by hand. He provides a 5-year warranty on his work.

I'm very impressed with all aspects of the job. Response from my inquiry to providing bid, scheduling then performance of job. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend Danny with Oliver Maintenance! My family owns Cascade Roofing Company and we refer all of our roof and gutter cleanings to him as he does a great job at a reasonable price and is very prompt! It’s been great to have a reliable local small business to refer our customers too, especially during our very busy roofing season when we don’t have the availability to do cleanings ourselves. Our customers call us back to thank us for the great referral! Thanks Danny for always providing our (now mutual) customers with the best customer service and cleanings in the Valley!

Danny goes above and beyond every time he goes to work. He has helped me with my personal and rental properties along with a bunch of my clients! He does great work and I’ll continue to refer him! Thanks Danny!!!

We were very pleased with Oliver Maintenance and have recommended the company to our friend who have also been pleased with his work. We have contracted for additional work in the future. He is very reliable and knowledgeable.

Professional and does great work. Highly recommend.

Oliver maintenance has done quite a few Jobs for me over the past few years. He is prompt and gets right to work. Danny is professional and I highly recommend him. He has done window cleaning, gutter cleaning, concrete cleaning, solar panel cleaning and of course moss removal/ roof cleaning.
